1010To feed your heart chakra choose leafy greens, green teas (see the theme yet), sage and thyme are good too. Think sprouting foods, rich in chloryphyll, asparagus, spinach, kiwi and avocado.
If you want a green smoothie recipe – there’s this one:
Green Goddess Smoothie
- A handful of spinach or kale
- Banana
- a Kiwi
- A teaspoon of green powder (spirulina, super greens, chlorella)
- Some strawberries
- Mineral/filtered water/Coconut juice
Whizz it all up and slurp away.
