Sunday 19th December – 5pm-6.30pm (GMT)
The week leading up to Christmas can feel hectic as we pack in last minute errands and visits to friends and family; we barely have time to take a breath and make space for ourselves.
So, join us for this live yin yoga workshop with the incredible yoga teacher, Norman Blair to find peace and balance.
This is a precious chance to slow down and soften. When we lead demanding and difficult lives; often what we require is space where we can rest and release some of the tensions that we all carry. This yin yoga practise is centred around floor-based postures, which are held for several minutes using props as supports. Mindfully bending and gently moving can be remarkably rejuvenating for our body, mind, and heart – the perfect way to start the final week before Christmas.
You can expect:
- A safe space to soften and release tension
- A slow, restful and relaxing yoga practice
- Time to refresh your mind, body and spirit
- A welcoming community to practice alongside
This workshop is suitable for every ability and level of experience. If you need to slow down, this is for you!
Norman is one of the most experienced Yin teachers in the UK. His practice and teaching embrace both Ashtanga yoga and Yin yoga as well as mindfulness meditation.
