Live Online Yoga Retreat: Bringing in the Light

Discover the practices that will light you up for 2021

In a year which has bought challenges for so many of us, now is the time to really celebrate everything that is light; in ourselves, in others and in our lives.

The classes in this very special weekend will cultivate a sense of lightness, of spaciousness and of play, in mind, body and spirit. We are here, holding space for you, in the comfort and ease of your own home, so you can discover the practices that will bring you brightness and levity in the year ahead. Our special, inclusive and loving community welcomes you to share, practice, laugh, move and show compassion towards yourself.

As we witness the onset of Spring and lighter days, together we will explore the theme of rediscovering vibrancy and light for ourselves and others. March is the ‘real’ New Year, the time that it is appropriate to sow the seeds of good intentions for the year. It’s time for a new era; a new way of being in the world. It’s time to shake off lethargy, shift our energy, feel uplifted and shine our light brightly.

This retreat will focus on our connection with ourselves and each other. The yoga will be grounded and accessible, with active morning classes focusing on building heat and energy. This is what those on the MFML Radiance Retreat in January 2021 had to say about Lucy’s classes:

This was a truly magical weekend thank you. it felt transformational.

I feel completely peaceful and brave to go out into the world and face the next step.

“What a recharge, haven’t felt so light since my birth!”
