Welcome to another special edition of the Movement for Modern Life podcast! This is a series of live meditations from our wonderful team of teachers which were part of our first Home Yoga Retreat. These meditations, dharma talks and Q&A sessions are fantastic tools for our toolkit. The can support us through challenging times and help us feel more within the present moment.

Today, we are talking with Lucy McCarthy about the theme of awakening. So, how can we be conscious from moment to moment and pay attention to the small things which would normally pass us by? How can the concept of the seven chakras move us from just our mind to our whole body?
