As you know, Movement for Modern Life is a Movement built on a love of just getting on with rolling out our mats at home, no faffing, no hassles, just getting on with it.

I’ve been so frazzled of late – I’ve really had a tough time getting back to my pre-summer healthy routines, I do hope that you’ve got back into the swing more smoothly than I have, but I’m starting September with a few shake-ups.

What if we swapped wine for yoga?

The first shake up is my daily happy hour yoga practice (yay!!!). When I’ve finished the working day, instead of reaching for something to numb out the day, I’m making sure I actually get my butt on my mat.

Each. And. Every. Day.

Because I’m responsible for how I feel. If I want to feel better, if I want to live better, I have to do the work.
