No registration needed—subscribers will automatically receive a Zoom link before the session.

In this 60-minute Menopause Yoga Class, we’ll explore gentle, grounding practices that support emotional resilience during the menopause transition. As women move through perimenopause and menopause, the body and emotions can feel overwhelming. Yet, with the right tools, we can resource ourselves from within.

What to Expect in Our Menopause Yoga Class

This class focuses on embodied movement, breathwork, and somatic practices to regulate the nervous system. This helps bring calm to both mind and body. You’ll learn how to stay grounded and balanced, even during hormonal shifts. As a result, it becomes easier to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional upheaval.

Moreover, through mindful movement, we’ll reconnect with the body, enhance inner strength, and deepen a sense of calm. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this class offers a safe and supportive space for every woman to find emotional steadiness through breath and gentle movement.

Join Gabriella‘s Live Class to learn how to navigate the menopause transition with greater ease, promoting balance, relaxation, and a sense of renewed vitality.
