MFML at the Om Yoga Show 2019
What’s happening?

Join us at the Om Yoga Show 2019 where Movement for Modern Life will be taking over a stage for a whole weekend of live classes led by some of the UK’s best teachers.  Yes, you heard right – that’s a whole weekend of classes from 15 of our best loved teachers offering everything from pregnancy yoga to power flows to yoga for children, yin, restorative and yoga for athletes.  There really is something for everyone.

Who’s teaching?

Clive Fogelman, Sylvia Garcia, Mollie McLelland Morris, Dylan Ayaloo, Adam Hocke, Deanne Liew, Dan Peppiatt, Sally Parkes, Katarina Rayburn, Jonelle Lewis, David Kam, Catherine Annis, Lisa Sanfillippo, Adrianna Zaccardi, Jyoti Jo Manuel and Laura Jones.

I’ve heard of some of them and they’re great. How can I find out more?

We think our teachers are all great, and they each offer their own unique perspective on yoga. If you’re planning to come along, try out lots of different classes. You might discover something to charge up your yoga spark even more. Or you can check out the teachers on MFML (you can find the links to their pages above) where you can find all their courses, challenges and blog posts.

Tell me a bit more about the classes at the show. Will there be something I like?

Sure. We’re convinced that there’s something for everyone in our line up.

Charge up your power

We kick off with a yoga for athletes class led by Clive Fogelman, who is also a sports coach. If you like your yoga on the active side we also have classes from Dylan Ayaloo who invites you to embrace and explore your power. Or why not practice with Adam Hocke who will help you to address your challenges or perceived challenges with flexibility and strength in fun, accessible flows that will get you ready to face the day.  Or for more focussed work, how about strengthening your glutes or learning to fly with crow or more literally with an acro yoga class.

The gentle touch

If you are looking for something gentler, then why not try the breath challenge with Dan Peppiatt, our restorative class with Adrianna Zaccardi or take some time for self care with Clive Fogelman

I need something specialist, what can you offer me?

We have restorative classes, pregnancy yoga classes, classes for children, and sleep recovery classes with Lisa Sanfillippo.  We could all do with some proper rest so find out how from the expert.

What about different styles of yoga?

We’ve got it covered! We have Scaravelli inspired classes, Yin, Restorative yoga, Kundalini, Rocket-inspired vinyasa, Qigong and yoga fusion. You can develop your movement vocabulary, get to know your anatomy and find peace through your breath.  Seriously what are you waiting for?

How do I get a place in the open classes?

Get to stand B22 at least 10 minutes early to queue as you can’t reserve places and we expect the classes will be really popular!

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No need to bring your mat! Mats will be provided.

Amazing. Where can I meet MFML at the Om Yoga Show 2019?

The Om Yoga Show 2019 takes place at Alexandra Palace, London N22 7AY

When?

18 – 20 October 2019

Inspired?

Why not explore the Movement for Modern Life site and take some classes with our teachers before the show, so you can maximise your time in October. We have lots of specialist classes, courses, challenges and series, so you can work on the parts that matter to you most. You can find a class to suit every mood, to help you prepare for big life events, find out what works best in different seasons and of course support you in dipping your toe into yoga philosophy. Best of all though – you can have yoga at the touch of a button at the time that suits you the most.

Already part of the MFML Family?

Come and say hello and practice with your favourite teachers in person.

We can’t wait to meet you in October.
