Your Daily Feet Practice
This short movement class helps to mobilise, strengthen, and relax the feet and ankles through their full range of motion. Practise this class regularly as a preparation for your time on your mat or simply to feel good in your body. You will need a massage ball or tennis ball.

Learn Crow Pose
A workshop-style tutorial class in which Adam will help you develop your bakasana (crow or crane pose) practice with three different training variations. We will explore this shape in varying orientations to help you develop the requisite skills to execute it well. If this pose is difficult for you, you will find a path forward or learn some options on what to do instead. You will need a block.

Learn Bigger Backbends
An intermediate back-bending yoga class which explores the postures and variations beyond urdhva dhanuarasana (upward bow or wheel pose). After a short warm-up and flow we then proceed step by step into bridge, upward bow, one-legged variations, and inverted staff pose. You will need a brick, a block and a strap.

Upside Down At The Wall
Practise handstand, forearm-stand and headstand at the wall with support and guidance. Straightforward and direct, we will go step-by-step through the progression of these postures with the support of the wall. Add this to your daily practice (remembering it takes time to develop these postures!) or whenever you need a reminder.

This yoga class offers us a few quick fixes and options to modify sun salutes and chaturanga dandasana for those new to the practice or who feel challenged by the strength and flexibility demands of these postures. You will learn three different options for practising chaturanga dandasana that you can bring back to your personal practice.
