So many of you guys are super-committed Movers. You’re on the site every single day, and even on days that you’re too tired to do a full class, or you don’t have time to spend even 10 minutes on the mat, you’re doing a 2 minute class from the Fire Challenge.
I salute you! This is what MFML is all about! Making your daily dose of Movement really easy, and giving you the tools and inspiration to keep your daily practice alive.
But for those champions of Movement, there are some of us (me included!) who find it trickier to get on the mat every single day. Over the next 4 weeks, 28 days, I’d like to challenge you kickstart your daily yoga routine. It’s now coming into summertime here in the UK, and there’s no better time to make sure that you’re rolling out your mat each and every day.
Each week for the next 4 weeks in our blog, we’ll be giving you ideas, inspiration and hopefully some motivation to kickstart your daily practice again.
