The Zoom Link will be automatically sent to subscribers at least 12 hours before class, so check your emails (and junk emails too!) and if it’s not there, pop us a line and we’ll send it to you.
The system has changed so that we know it’s only you, those wonderful Subscribers to MFML who support us, who are receiving the link to class.

These live online community classes are for your education and your enjoyment only. You are participating in the live classes at your own risk. I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
