We're so sorry you are feeling tired but you have come to the right place for a pick me up. These classes are for when it is almost to much to even roll out your mat. Whether you’re recovering from injury or illness, you are differently abled, you have a low energy syndrome, you’re getting on a bit or you’re just a bit tired right now, these classes will provide a gentle way to move, included some seated yoga classes. We promise these videos will not ask too much of you physicaly or mentally and when you are done you will feel better, warmer, glad that you came. Back to Yoga After Illness
A gentle class to ease the body back to movement after a period of illness or injury, or after a period of not practicing. Gentle stretches to gently get the body moving again and feel more energised and invigorated after a period where we may have been more sedentary. Starting with gentle standing stretches, then stretching the hips and finally coming to floor stretches, this class is perfect to get you moving again.

Rise & Shine (No Mat Needed)
A yoga class you can do anywhere, no need for a yoga mat no need for a yoga space, so this is great for hotels or when we're on the go. A standing sequence to wake the mody up and to gently start the day. No need for a yoga mat, these are movements to increase circulation and joint mobility with a little bit of strength. Use it as a warm up for other classes or in the morning to get the body going. Equally good as a midday energiser or at the end of the day if you've been sitting for long periods or driving. A great way to break up the day and feel more refreshed, centered and focused for the day ahead.

Refresh Your Body
This Hatha yoga based class will refresh your body. Perfect for anytime you feel sluggish or low on energy, this class will gently energise. Using breath work, seated and standing yoga poses and a short closing meditation to leave you feeling radiantly alive and uplifted. This class is well rounded and includes twisting poses in many forms including supine twists, lunge twists and culminating in a twisting standing balance. Twists are amazing at revitalising the physical body whilst steadying the mind and uplifting the spirit.
