46:02Jivamukti Yoga to Renew & Restore (3)
Class 3 - Focus: Rest and Recharge Each class in this short series is designed to rest mind and body with gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation, a guided relaxation, chanting and postures that are held for a couple of minutes. This class dips into various postures and breath work specifically designed to prepare for meditation. At the end, we do the Jivamukti Blessings Meditation. It would be helpful to have blocks, a strap and a cushion or bolster for sitting. You may also like to use mala beads or a beaded necklace for the meditation. Recorded 23/09/25.

Class 2 - Focus: Feel Renewed. Each class in this short series is designed to rest mind and body with gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation, a guided relaxation, chanting and postures that are held for a couple of minutes. The fascia will be gently but effectively stretched, the breath elongated and the mind calmed leaving a feeling of being physically and mentally restored. It would be helpful to have 2 blocks, a strap and a cushion or bolster for sitting. Recorded 16/09/25

20:29Breathe and Meditate to Feel Relaxed and Positive
Calm the nervous system with this Jivamukti breathwork and meditation practice. Alternate nostril breathing is taught with Sanskrit and then a meditation with the internal mantra of 'Hari Om.' If you have mala beads and wish to practice with those, have them on hand.

11:03Chanting and Gratitude for a Positive Mindset
Wake up and start the day with a positive mindset from the Jivamukti method. How you start your day colours your entire day. This short morning session includes affirmations and gratitude practices to start the best way. Featuring Sanskrit chants to put us in a positive frame of mind, the class then talks us through some gratitude journaling. It’s helpful to have a notebook or journal for this class.

01:29:04Cosy Yin Yoga to Soothe & Warm
This is an extra special yin class, the perfect time of year for hibernating at home in our pyjamas and all our props. This class includes, breath work, a yin sequence to cultivate kidney energy during the winter season, soothing of the nervous system with warmth and relaxing meditation. You will need: Any props you have a home or things to use as props! A Bolster and blocks Hot water bottle ready to add warmth!

This Jivamukti yoga class focuses on presence and being in the moment. Get moving straight away with side-bends to warm up, then a fiesty vinyasa yoga class. There's no relaxation at the end, so we recommend you end this practice with a relaxation class! Have a strap ready for some fun variations.

18:26Settle and Centre with Yin Yoga
Our minds often want to run away from things that are uncomfortable, or run towards pleasant sensation. This yin yoga class cultivates our ability to simply stay present and mindful to whatever is happening. Without judgement, we develop the ability to simply stay and widen the inner landscape through the yin yoga poses of squat, butterfly, sphinx, seal and dragonfly. You will need a brick.

30:40Yin Yoga to Breathe Easy
This simple Yin yoga class features breath work (pranayama) and poses to target the lung meridian to relax the body, mind and breath. The lung meridian, when out of balance, may result in headaches, colds and asthma and when in balance brings us to a place of acceptance. This class also includes a beautiful sun and moon visualisation throughout; Buddha taught to trust the sun, the moon and the truth. You will need blocks, a blanket and a strap.

07:25Raise Your Energy with Kapalbhati Breath Work
A wonderful practice for first thing in the morning to raise your energy! This is a breath work class called Skull Shining Breath which is fantastic to improve our focus and energy and get ready for the day. Don't practice on a full stomach or if you're pregnant, and as with any class, don't force anything. Enjoy letting the energy flow!

A short yoga class using the wall, perfect if you're at the office, in a hotel room or short on space and you need to quickly release stress. With neck and shoulder stretches and hamstring releasing you'll find that just a few minutes is all it takes to transform body and mind and give yourself just the refreshing pause in the day you need. You'll just need a wall.
