Free Online Yoga Class: Mental Health Toolkit with Clive Fogelman

Supporting our mental health is increasingly important in our modern world. Replace feelings of frazzle and overwhelm with feelings of calm contentedness with our all-levels, accessible yoga class.
You’ll leave the class with a toolbox of accessible tools you can tap into whenever you need them!
Finish the day with this grounding yoga class that will help to release tension and give you a range of tools you can use to support your mental health.
With a blend of movement, stretching, breathwork and deep relaxation, the idea is to leave class feeling balanced, relaxed and calm. Balance your body to balance your mind and prepare to wind down and sleep deeply.

This class is entirely FREE to join!!
Clive Fogelman is a UK based yoga and meditation teacher with a background in learning and development as well as psychotherapeutic work and sports coaching. Clive focuses on supporting people to cultivate intuition in their own bodies and develop greater self-awareness.
You will be sent a Zoom link to join the class, if you haven’t received the link please get in touch at least 2 hours before the start of the class.
This live event will not be recorded. If you’d like to practise with Clive at a time that suits your life, we have plenty of on demand classes available to you.
