Make this Valentine’s day magical and treat yourself to this delicious valentine’s yoga class! We believe friendship and community matter AS much as romantic love, so let’s practice together and nurture our body, souls & hearts.

This Valentine’s day Yoga class is a beautiful commitment to self love, giving yourself the gift of radiance!

Lucy accidentally began her Yoga journey while on tour in India. What she loved most was the clarity and calm in her mind after class and how light and bright her body felt. Since that day she has continued to follow her passion finding her teachers along the path and immersing herself deeply in all things yoga. Lucy teaches mindful, heart felt Vinyasa flow, as well as Yoga Nidra and restorative yoga.

This live event will not be recorded. If you’d like to practise with Lucy at a time that suits your life, we have plenty of on demand classes available to you.

The live online class is for your education and your enjoyment only. You are participating in the live classes at your own risk.
