This class is nourishing and supportive, to give your body the rest and gentle movements it needs. You will need cushions or a bolster to support your knees during resting pose.
Honour Your Cycle: Summer
This class celebrates the vitality of the summer of the menstrual cycle. With rhythmic, nutritious, grounding movements, you move and breath to get some flow and energy into your body with lots of rhythm and circles. Start with your feet and get moving through all your joints with a rhythmic flow to gently bring the sunshine in! Then class ends with a micro yoga nidra relaxation. You will need bolsters and cushions to get comfortable in your yoga nidra and perhaps padding for the knees for the rhythmic yoga movement practice.
A safe and gentle mainly seated yoga class great if you don't need or want much movement, but you want safe and easy ways to open up the joints and keep the joints mobile and healthy. his class is ideal if you are recovering from injuries and can be practiced throughout pregnancy. This class is great for overall health as well as fertility. You may need a bolster or cushion.

This yoga class is for menstrual health, using breath and movement to support good menstrual health, the foundation for fertility but also for honouring your own body when you feel you need a little nurture. This class is of great nourishment to women's bodies and is great for pracitincg the time around your period, before during and after and to look after your body. You will need a couple of folded blankets and a cushion/pillow you can use as weight on your pelvis.You may want a hot water bottle.
