Class & Workshop Schedule

Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together. As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses, we offer our community of members 2-3 free yoga classes per week.

The Zoom Links for the week ahead are sent to subscribers every Sunday evening. If you have not received them, please drop us an email before 6pm on a Sunday and we’ll make sure to get it across to you.

SERIES 2: Deepen your practice

This immersive series invites you to move beyond surface-level practice and into the heart of yoga’s deeper wisdom. Designed for inquisitive, open-hearted practitioners, each session blends accessible postures, subtle breathwork and contemplative meditation with grounded philosophical insights from classical and tantric yoga traditions. Expect an energising, embodied and soulful experience—open to all levels and all bodies.

Sunset Soul Flow Series with Margi Young

Take time to rest, build your immune system and feel calmer after the frenetic activity of summer. The shifting season is a time of transition, inviting us to look inwards and discover practices to replenish our resources. These live online community classes are for your education and your enjoyment only. You are participating in the live classes at your own risk.     I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
