Class & Workshop Schedule
Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together. As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses, we offer our community of members 2-3 free yoga classes per week.
The Zoom Links for the week ahead are sent to subscribers every Sunday evening. If you have not received them, please drop us an email before 6pm on a Sunday and we’ll make sure to get it across to you.

SERIES 1: Unwind Tension and Build Strength with Forrest Yoga
A 4-week course of Forrest Yoga classes designed to build strength, deepen breath, enhance emotional resilience and develop embodied awareness. Each class builds upon the last, weaving in Forrest Yoga’s pillars: breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. The progression allows practitioners to develop both physically and energetically over the month.

These live online community classes are for your education and your enjoyment only. You are participating in the live classes at your own risk. Unfortunately I had to miss the live class on Monday morning, is there any way I can access a recording of Clive’s class?

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
