Staying close to the floor this flow allows deep rest and reset in just five minutes — the perfect post-work pause to ease into your evening or perfect to wind down as part of a bedtime routine. Short, calming breathwork class to ground and reset the nervous system. Perfect moment of calm for any time of day, when the nerves are on edge, or to prepare for sleep. Get warm and cosy or even lie on the bed. Optional Props: Pillow under the head, bolster under the knees and blanket to keep warm.
