Liz Lark's Videos
A gentle class in which we channel the butterfly energy and practice long, calming breaths ready to relax for the evening. With some Yin yoga poses and some restorative variations, this class will get you settled and ready to transform to your gentlest form. You will need a bolster, yoga block, strap or belt and eye mask if you have one.
Gentle Vinyasa: Butterfly Metamorphosis
This transformative, gentle vinyasa is perfect for early evening or early morning, or when you're looking to transform your body and mind via vinyasa. The class isn't beginners level, but includes more gentle vinyasa than the rest of the Metamorphosis sequence, including some yin poses to counterbalance all the yang in our lives.
Dawn Vinyasa: Emerging Metamorphosis
This strong, intermediate vinyasa practice is great to get you started in your day and emerge renewed. With a focus on stretching and strengthening the side body with side plank variations, moving through vinyasa to standing stretches, and moving into headstand variations, it is a great way to emerge, refreshed and renewed into your day.
Feisty Vinyasa: Exploring butterfly
Exploring the butterfly theme. An adventurous, advanced vinyasa class which opens up the shoulders, chest and features backbends as well as balances. We recommend that you're already warmed up and ready to go, and the class flows swiftly into challenging poses and sequences. You'll need to finish the class with a long relaxation, so do go ahead and pick a relaxation class for afterwards. Expect variations on inversions and backbends and prepare to explore the transitioning butterfly.

Soothing The Warrior
A creatively sequenced flow to sooth and nourish. The warrior isn't always about being driven but sometimes being patient and listening. This slow vinyasa yoga class is as soothing as it is strengthening. It's great whenever you need to be centred, or relaxed, or if you're on your moon cycle. With peak poses as dancer to warrior 3 balancing sequences, this isn't the most traditionally relaxing class, but it does find a way to feel watery with soothing qualities whilst working strongly.
Awakening The Warrior
Wake yourself up with this flow to awaken the warrior within you! A sequence based around warrior poses to energise, cleanse and stabilise. Intermediate level sequence including a headstand flow, only to be practiced if you're an experienced headstand practitioner. You will need a block.
Approaching The Warrior
Learn to be a warrior! An introduction to weaving the warrior for beginners or for all of us who like to get back to basics. The warrior gives us the strength to lean in to life. Now is the best time to start to approach the warrior in yourself with this warrior flow. You may need blocks.

Advanced Vinyasa - Flow & Balance
Sun & Moon Balancing Vinyasa
This is a wonderful advanced class balancing the yin with the yang to create a physically stimulating yet spiritually fulfilling vinyasa. If it is in your practice you can enjoy strong inversions including headstand and handstand but also plenty of opportunities to honour the resting moments, dropping deep and surrendering the mind.
Enjoy this beautiful yin class when you need a bit of a luxurious, supported pick-me-up, for your moon time or just before bed. A fantastic practice if you've had a tough day and you need a bit of TLC. Plenty of ease-ful, supportive poses - all supine or seated, no standing poses for added YIN-tastic vinyasa.
Balancing of the Seasons
An intermediate class to balance into the seasons. Some shoulder releases and then heat-inducing core warm ups prepare the body for a short yoga class including forearm balance, headstand with headstand variations, some vinyasa to lengthen and strengthen and then shoulderstand variations. Finished off beautifully with a lovely, long, nourishing relaxation. Perfect yin and yang sequencing featuring balances to balance seasonal fluctuations.
Journey into Backbends (3)
This is a challenging backbending class, only for those ready to take the next step in their journey into backbends. The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. Remember to engage your core to keep safe and just relax in child's pose for any poses your body isn't ready for. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back. You will need a strap.
Journey into Backbends (2)
This backbending and twisting class will suit improvers/advanced but there are plenty of modification for those feeling less mobile. Backbends lift the spirits, open the heart and energise. This sequence is characteristically playful with plenty of twists to ease and align the spine during class. A great class to get you moving in the morning!
Journey into Backbends (1)
A fun, creative vinyasa sequence which focuses on keeping the spine healthy and freely moving through backbends. This is the first of three progressivly tricky backbending classes. The class features various backbends, cleverly sequenced with counter-poses, hip openers and twists to release and encourage movement and strength in the spine. This is great for those who already have a practice and will suit starters/improvers to yoga who have a good range of movement already. Keep a block handy.
A strong, creative vinyasa sequence focusing around the Warrior poses. Beautiful, creative sequencing in this yoga class bringing strength, willpower and determination. Then a beautifully restorative, meditative counter-balance to the vinyasa sequence. The first part is intermediate, but we encourage improvers to just try - and everyone will enjoy the second, releasing part.
Beginners Creative Vinyasa
A lovely introduction to the standing poses or for when you don't feel like a more dynamic practice. This is a slow, nourishing vinyasa without a sun salutation in sight. Highly recommend also for advanced level practitioners who are having a slower day. This sequence is highly restorative, as well as benefiting from being a breakdown of some of the more familiar poses.
