Use your stability and strength in equal measure. This short quick class will take you through the Jivamukti practice reinvigorating you and re-setting your energy levels. You will need a block to sit on and feel free to use the wall for the inversion.

Chants to the Goddesses
If you need strength in your life, it's time to chant to the goddessses! Join in chants of wonderful aspects of the divine feminine. These invocations are to the Goddess’s Durga the warrior goddess, Lakshmyai the bestower of wealth and generosity and Saraswati. the Goddess of knowledge and music, poetry and dance. These chants are said to connect us to the divine feminine, Mother Earth and these qualities. The chants are: Om Shri Durgayai namah Om Shri Maha Lakshmyai namah Om aim Sarasvatayi namah. Are you at a time where you'd like to let go, shift your energy and move forward in life? Try this invocation to Shiva, who in Hindu tradition, represents our inner reality and inner strength. He transforms us out of a difficult and destructive time, allowing us to let go and move forward. He is a great meditator, clearing away old patterns and habits, breaking free of a cycle of painful emotions; chanting to him can free us. According to Hindu tradition, Shiva was the first teacher of yoga. Enjoy this tuneful chant: Om namah Shivaya.

Quick Fix Hatha
This hatha yoga class is a simple series of five yoga poses. If you have time for nothing else, this is the perfect class. All poses are lying down or seated and you'll need a timer. Take your time to get into each pose, pause the video and take long, smooth breaths. Enjoy the spaciousness in your spine and peace with nothing to look at and no instruction, just you in a guided self-practice. A great class if you if you have limited space and time for practicing yoga.

Jivamukti: Hip Vinyasa Flow
This Jivamukti vinyasa yoga class gets moving straight away with a swift, feisty flow - perfect for getting yourself moving in the mornings. With the usual full range of standing and seated poses with forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions, the poses also all focus on the hips. Our hips get so tight with too much sitting, standing and travelling - most of us need to focus on the hips to keep the joints fluid and mobile and the lower back strong. Enjoy!

Yin for Ankles, Knees and Hips
The perfect yin yoga class for those of us who spend a lot of time in shoes, standing up or sitting at a desk. It is equally great after a long day's hiking! Use this class to regain mobility in your feet and ankles and nourish your knees and hips. Yin yoga involves long holding of the poses; stay so long as you are comfortable but, as ever, if you feel any discomfort, do come out of the pose. You will need a block.
