Aoife’s transformational journey truly began over ten years ago, in her home country, Ireland, when she found herself practicing yoga to help alleviate an illness.
She was amazed at the feelings of well-being and peace experienced after just one class. Soon after, her parents gifted her the opportunity to visit a life coach and from there she hasn’t looked back.

Aoife has trained in various styles, such as Power Vinyasa with Baron Baptiste, Prana Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea, and most recently with Ana Forrest in the Forrest Yoga tradition.

Trained and experienced as a coach, Aoife weaves her skills into her teaching with the commitment to inspiring people to live their best life through the practice of yoga, while making a positive contribution to her community. Aoife’s greatest intention is connecting to her spirit and shining light into the world.
