Class starts with opening up the space of the lungs with physical movements, then breathwork practices to bring clarity, focus and calm into the day. This class doesn't need a mat, and is suitable for all bodies and levels of mobility.

Vinyasa Flow: Air Element
This vinyasa yoga class weaves around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of Air. The focus of this class is on the breath. Moving in a variety of standing poses using different Pranayama techniques to connect with the wind element and utilise the delivery of Prana, (life force to heal, inspire and transform our physical, energetic and mental forms) to find our way back home at our true centre, our heart.

Vinyasa Flow to Feel Fabulous
A beautifully sequenced vinyasa yoga class. Starting gently with joint mobilisation, this is a full body stretch and strengthen, including all the key poses and culminating in wild thing (camatkarasana- the pose of ecstatic rapture), whilst addressing the bliss of abiding in our fullest nature of awareness. Finish with breath work and a lovely, long savasana. This is a really energising class to get you ready to start your day.

Vinyasa Flow: Water Element
A vinyasa yoga class weaved around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of water. This mindful flow class will use a variety of standing poses to connect to the water element within you. Connecting to the many rivers and streams within the body carrying with it Prana – this light of intelligence that is healing, inspiring and transformative. We will flow like water, following the flow of breath in as we feel the swell of the body rise like a wave, and then the flow of the breath roll out like a wave returning to the vast ocean.

Guide Relaxation Meditation
Preparing the body, the breath, and the mind for meditation is the focus for this subtle relaxation yoga class. After a few seated movements to prepare the body for stillness, just settle and relax the body. With a focus on the breath and a feeling of connection and groundedness, this class is perfect for whenever you need to give your body some deep self-care, when you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or you need to rest, and perfect to use as a savasana for after a yoga class. You will need a bolster or two (or a pillow or cushion) and a blanket.

Work Break Yoga to Invigorate
A gently energising hatha yoga class featuring poses to help with wrists, neck and back and shoulders. This class is perfect as an invigorating break to bring a sense of focus and calm into the day. Class starts and ends with breath work to invigorate and balance, and there is a beautiful 15 minute meditation towards the end.

Vinyasa Flow: Find Strength and Space
A comprehensive vinyasa flow yoga class with a focus on the space in-between positions and movements. Can you practice giving yourself and your body more space? See if you can become aware of finding space in between thoughts and everything that usually captures our attention. By allowing ourselves to slow down, we can make space for more to arise to our consciousness. The session begins and closes with a breathing practice and offers plenty of vinyasa yoga poses with opportunities and variations to open hips and release tension from hamstrings.

Stress Relief: Diaphragmatic Breathing
In this stress relief class, we bring a sense of ease to our body by using our full lung capacity to breathe and allow our diaphragm to move freely. This is key to stimulating our vagus nerve and inviting a sense of peace to our body. We will systematically release tension in the rib cage area with seated stretches and supine positions, and practice slow diaphragmatic breathing. You will need 2 yoga bricks or books.

Stress Relief: Building Resilience
Learning how to quieten your mind and breath when you are practicing challenging positions can help you train your resilience and improve your relationship with stress. In this flow you will learn how to use your breath as a resource for grounding, and cultivate inner fortitude with repetitions of yoga poses that will safely lift your heart rate up, alternated with moments of rest.

Vinyasa Flow: Move With Awareness
An intermediate vinyasa flow which invites us to stay present and to notice without judgement any distractions we might encounter when moving on our mat, including the fear of failing or our need to achieve specific yoga pose goals. This yoga class is a comprehensive sequence which starts with a meditation and breath work practice, followed by a shoulder and chest opening warm up, then balances and twists, including fallen angel pose, to unlock your spine. You may need a block.

Yoga for Beginners: Embodied Breath
In this beginners yoga class, we explore the notion of embodiment. This exploration will specifically focus on the breath and lungs as we move through yoga poses. Class starts with a breath practice to connect to the body, then moves through half sun salutations and poses learnt in the classes at the start of the yoga for beginners course, presented with new variations. You will need a strap, blanket, brick and cushion.
