Class focuses on full mobility in the body working systematically through all the joints and works on range of motion. The class is all-levels, although including some headstand variations which of course should be practiced only if that's in your regular practice. Some of the movements are to a full range of motion, so are tough, so do take class in your own time, at your own pace and only do what is helpful for you. Class ends with a chant.
