Letting Go Vinyasa Flow
This slow flow class is designed to rid the body and mind of tensions which accumulate as a result of life's experiences. These tensions can hold us back, so the class focuses on releasing them so that, in time, we are ready to move on. The class begins slowly and mindfully with supine breathing practices for the first eight minutes. If you want to get moving sooner, but still gain the benefit of tension release, you may want to start with child's pose eight minutes into class. This class is a slow vinyasa flow, focusing on mindfulnes and release.

Yoga Through Life's Transitions
This yoga class teaches us how to transition through change in life, big life changes or the changes which touch us in every day life. This class will have you surfing on your ocean breath and enjoying moving through and greeting change head on. This class is dynamic, but you are encouraged to spend time in transitions and enjoy the process of transitioning, rather than the destination. A strong hip focus and plenty of creative, fun variations on the usual poses. You will need a rolled up mat or a block and a strap.

Journey into Backbends (3)
This is a challenging backbending class, only for those ready to take the next step in their journey into backbends. The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. Remember to engage your core to keep safe and just relax in child's pose for any poses your body isn't ready for. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back. You will need a strap.

After Travel: Digest and Stretch
If your gut sometimes feels sore, uncomfortable or 'stuck' after flying, or driving long journeys, this yoga class is for you. Zephyr leads us through some wonderful poses to assist digestion, help the stomach release any tightness and get some circulation back into the limbs. Also includes an amazing anti-sitting stretch. Definitely worth 30 minutes after your journey to arrive with comfort and ease. A couple of foam blocks would be really useful.

Relax and Restore Post-Flight
This supine yoga class, mostly with the legs up the wall will help the body recover from flights by reducing swelling in the legs and feet. This class encourages deep release from tension inducing flights, draining of the fluid and restoration of the circulation for the legs and hips. The poses and relaxation will help you feel fully 'landed' in your new destination. You will need to be near a wall and keep a block or a book and a strap handy.

Journey into Backbends (1)
A fun, creative vinyasa sequence which focuses on keeping the spine healthy and freely moving through backbends. This is the first of three progressivly tricky backbending classes. The class features various backbends, cleverly sequenced with counter-poses, hip openers and twists to release and encourage movement and strength in the spine. This is great for those who already have a practice and will suit starters/improvers to yoga who have a good range of movement already. Keep a block handy.

Peace and Breath
A very quiet and gentle yoga class. All yoga poses are supine and held for a period, where the body is calmed and quieted and attention is turned inward. Then Norman leads a breath practice at sitting. You may need a cushion or block for sitting still. Great for times where you are looking to reduce stress/anxiety and perfect for before bed when you are looking to quiet the mind and gently stretch the body.

Yin Yoga for Freedom
A quiet, restful yin yoga class where each pose is held for long enough to truly deepen into your yoga. As we deepen into our stretches, we become closer to our bodies, to who we are. We are able to start to live life from the authentic place of where we are, not where we were or where we want to be. Fantastic life-skills in the form of yoga. You will need cushions or a bolster and a blanket and prepare to deepen your yoga practice
