Journey into Backbends (1)
A fun, creative vinyasa sequence which focuses on keeping the spine healthy and freely moving through backbends. This is the first of three progressivly tricky backbending classes. The class features various backbends, cleverly sequenced with counter-poses, hip openers and twists to release and encourage movement and strength in the spine. This is great for those who already have a practice and will suit starters/improvers to yoga who have a good range of movement already. Keep a block handy.

Peace and Breath
A very quiet and gentle yoga class. All yoga poses are supine and held for a period, where the body is calmed and quieted and attention is turned inward. Then Norman leads a breath practice at sitting. You may need a cushion or block for sitting still. Great for times where you are looking to reduce stress/anxiety and perfect for before bed when you are looking to quiet the mind and gently stretch the body.

Yin Yoga for Freedom
A quiet, restful yin yoga class where each pose is held for long enough to truly deepen into your yoga. As we deepen into our stretches, we become closer to our bodies, to who we are. We are able to start to live life from the authentic place of where we are, not where we were or where we want to be. Fantastic life-skills in the form of yoga. You will need cushions or a bolster and a blanket and prepare to deepen your yoga practice
