It is a great meditation for when you want to start things anew, clarify your intention, envision and set a new intention. You may wish to write any intentions you have down beforehand, or afterward, or not at all. Class starts with seated twisting movements to eliminate tension and then breath work is used to calm and clarify the mind before the seated meditation begins. This is a very free meditation, which will hopefully soothe you, refresh you, and give you a new spark of energy and spiritual insight.
