Accomplished Acro 2: Shoulder Stand on Bridge
This is another inversion where the base is supine providing a platform for the flyer with the legs. The hips are lifted towards the sky, feet are hip width apart and the flyer places their shoulders on the bases thighs allowing their head to be in the gap between. From there the flyer can kick, press or be scissor lifted up into the inversion. Spotter will be in the spine side of the flyer with hands near the hips. It goes without saying that you must not attempt this until you have watched the introductory video outlining safety and spotting techniques and never try Acro Yoga in a confined area.

Big & Fearless Heart
Most of us have experienced fear of some kind and know that when we're in it's grip the ripples permeate all areas of our lives. Allowing fear to continue to have power over us keeps us firmly locked in cycles of fear, anxiety, low self esteem and so on. A big part of beginning to break down some of these patterns is actually providing space and time to experience our own vulnerability - sitting with the feelings and sensations which arise when we do so. This is a beautifully deep and transformative flow and part of Naomi's personal home practice. Expect plenty of backbending and as usual a lot of breath! You will need 2 blocks.
