Cancer Survivors (2): Joint Mobilisation
Gentle movement benefits people affected by cancer by reducing some side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which often include joint stiffness. The sequences in this session aim to mobilise every joint in the body starting from the toes, feet and ankles and moving gradually up to bring gentle and soothing movement into the hips, spine, shoulders and hands.

The second part of Yoga and Qigong for warming the spirit. This is to warm your internal sun, the heart, to bring warmth to the heart, bringing sun salutes, Qigong, dancing warrior and backbends to cultivate energy. Perfect for winter mornings, this yoga class will give you that gentle pick me up.

Yoga for Desk-Bound Backs 2
This class focuses on releasing tension often held in the shoulders if we sit at a desk for prolonged periods as well as unravelling tension held in the hips, another frequently tight area for those desk jockeys out there. Great for unwinding the effects of prolonged sitting. This class is great to take as a break in the course of the day, or at the end of the day. You will need a strap.

Yoga For Kids 2-5: Stretchalong
This is a great class if you'd like to take some inspiration for your kids to get moving and stretching out. Remember to watch the kids, take full responsibility for them, and yourself. You are responsible for making sure that you are watching your kids' safety at all times - this is your class, not for use by kids, but feel free to let them join in your fun!

This class is for the whole family to get moving, stretching and breathing and enjoying some fun together. Remember that this class is for you to watch and for you to decide what you want your kids to do, always take full responsibility for their actions (as well as your own!).

This class is great for om-ing along with your tiny tots, teaching them the fun and power of breath, singing and moving when you sing! Journey into Backbends (3)
This is a challenging backbending class, only for those ready to take the next step in their journey into backbends. The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. Remember to engage your core to keep safe and just relax in child's pose for any poses your body isn't ready for. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back. You will need a strap.

This backbending and twisting class will suit improvers/advanced but there are plenty of modification for those feeling less mobile. Backbends lift the spirits, open the heart and energise. This sequence is characteristically playful with plenty of twists to ease and align the spine during class. A great class to get you moving in the morning!

In this tutorial style class, Bridget shows us how to get ooodles of inner strength by activating mula bandha, the core and strengthening the pelvic floor. This yoga class shows correct pelvic alightment in warrior variations and then goes onto plenty of core strengtheners. You will need a block.

Moving Meditation: Qigong Basics 2
