An energising vinyasa yoga class full of peak poses with a focus on letting gravity ground you as you rise, twist, backbend and balance your way through this gorgeous, flowing vinyasa. With advanced peak poses, intermediates can play along and surf the edge of your challenge! You may need a yoga strap.

This is a wonderful advanced class balancing the yin with the yang to create a physically stimulating yet spiritually fulfilling vinyasa. If it is in your practice you can enjoy strong inversions including headstand and handstand but also plenty of opportunities to honour the resting moments, dropping deep and surrendering the mind.

Grace and Strength Vinyasa
Wave like fluidity of the spine through variations in the namaska sun salutations feeling grace, strength and power. From a slow, graceful beginning and with plenty of more advanced yoga poses to challenge the intermediate and advanced practitioners, those not ready for the peak poses of handstand, half moon and the splits should hold back to where you feel more comfortable.

Warm Up, Cool down
The perfect 'bookend' class, which is beautiful for either side of the day, a lovely gentle, warm up, or a cool down and release the day. With long holds, deep twists and supported backbends, this is a really nourishing start of your day practice, or class to round off your day. Dynamic Vinyasa
Starting mindfully, opening up the body, the sides of the body and hips slowly and gently, this vinyasa yoga class quickens to some beautiful vinyasa variations with its peak pose of bound bird of paradise which is then rotated, to challenge most of us in flexibility, strength and balance. Although an advanced practice, improvers will enjoy the openings at the beginning of the practice and the challenge - just do the variation which suits your own body, practice safely out there! Vinyasa to inversion
A fast-moving vinyasa designed to get you ready to handstand, mostly with core work, plenty of vinyasa, ideal to practice before one of our Handstand classes in the Handstand Challenge, or for your own handstand practice. Without a cool-down, you will need a twisting and backbending sequence as well as a savasana after this class. We think that adding a yin or restorative class onto the end instead of, or after your handstands is just perfect!

Happy, Healthy Hips
An artfully sequenced hatha yoga class with a focus on prana, or the flow of breath, at all times with some optional vinyasa to heat the body and open the hips. The krama (or stages) of practice lead you to ever deeper, more open hips. With options for beginners, intermediate and advanced, this class featuring various hip opening, twists and balances will strengthen as you open the body.

Strengthen Your Arms to Flow
A short tutorial to show you a few key elements of arm and core strengthening which will aid to to perform your vinyasas with aplomb. If you do this practice 3 times a week, your arms and core will thank you for it. You will need a bolster, a strap, 2 blocks and plenty of resolve.
