Chaturanga Tips
A short tutorial to help you with low-plank or Chaturanga. Although Chaturanga is used in many sequences as part of vinyasa, it's a really tricky pose to get right! If done incorrectly, low plank can cause shoulder issues, but if done right, it is an amazing strengthener. You'll need 2 blocks. Thanks to Wellicious for their lovey clothes for this!

A fantastic practice if you've had a tough day and you need a bit of TLC. Plenty of ease-ful, supportive poses - all supine or seated, no standing poses for added YIN-tastic vinyasa.

Deep Tissue Stretch
This yin class is perfect for releasing the deep fascia, or connective tissue underneath the muscle, which is really resistent to stretching and often can only be really released by a deep tissue massage or a very deep fascia stretch. All athletes, cyclists, runners and type A personalities will benefit from this class and it's an ideal class to take after a vigourous vinyasa yoga class.

Heat Your Body, Cool Your Nervous System
In this class, Leila shares her own practice which helps her to deal with living in the modern, urban world. How she pulls her awareness away from struggle and into ease. This is a meditative, heating practice to cool the nervous system and support the immune system. The class is a fast-flowing and core-focused Anusara-Inspired vinyasa flow ending with plenty of supine twists.

Balancing of the Seasons
An intermediate class to balance into the seasons. Some shoulder releases and then heat-inducing core warm ups prepare the body for a short yoga class including forearm balance, headstand with headstand variations, some vinyasa to lengthen and strengthen and then shoulderstand variations. Finished off beautifully with a lovely, long, nourishing relaxation. Perfect yin and yang sequencing featuring balances to balance seasonal fluctuations.
