    Lucy & Ben Parker

This yoga anatomy class focuses on the knee, common knee issues and how you can strengthen and support your knees to prevent and work with injury. In this film, Lucy and Ben help you understand the various components that come together to form our knees and we learn what could go wrong, explaining some of the most common knee injuries. Finally, we identify some very simple principles that can support your knees as you move safely around your yoga mat. NB: Please note that all advice and recommendations in this film are given generally and do not constitute any form of an individual diagnosis or treatment plan.
