The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back.
