Vinyasa Flow: Earth Element
A vinyasa yoga class weaved around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of Earth. With this practice, we will stay close to the ground, strengthening, stabilising and calming the body. This is a strong practice building structural integrity through repetitive core work to target the pelvis and shoulders. Flow to Scorpion Yoga Pose
This advanced level vinyasa flow is suitable for those with an existing inversions practice. After a warm-up, take your mat to the wall for some challenging, advanced level inversion variations. This class is not suitable for those who have any physical limitations, or those who do not have a regular inversions practice - the variations are tough. Of course, if you're not comfortable with the poses, please do sit out those poses and adopt child's pose, or a more suitable variation. If you are a mobile, fit and strong practitioner, you'll love these variations and have a lot of fun going upside down!

Vinyasa Flow: Find Strength and Space
A comprehensive vinyasa flow yoga class with a focus on the space in-between positions and movements. Can you practice giving yourself and your body more space? See if you can become aware of finding space in between thoughts and everything that usually captures our attention. By allowing ourselves to slow down, we can make space for more to arise to our consciousness. The session begins and closes with a breathing practice and offers plenty of vinyasa yoga poses with opportunities and variations to open hips and release tension from hamstrings.

This short Jivamukti yoga class has a focus on rocking within poses. Rather than finding stillness within the. jivamukti yoga poses, we will keep moving to release muscular tension and restrictions in joints. A perfect class if you're feeling a little stiffer than usual and you could do with moving and rocking to release tension in your vinyasa yoga class. You may need a block and a blanket.

Yoga for Beginners: Prepare for Meditation
This yoga class is the last in the beginners yoga course and prepares us for coming into stillness. Class starts with a vinyasa flow, moving through sun salutation B and playing with new standing and seated poses. It then ends with a ten minute seated meditation, mantra and mudra. This is the ideal time to consider your yoga journey over the past few weeks and how you wish to move forward with your practice. You have learnt many news skills, but perhaps what you will have learnt is to follow your heart, which is your own best teacher. You may need a yoga brick and a blanket.

An intermediate vinyasa flow which invites us to stay present and to notice without judgement any distractions we might encounter when moving on our mat, including the fear of failing or our need to achieve specific yoga pose goals. This yoga class is a comprehensive sequence which starts with a meditation and breath work practice, followed by a shoulder and chest opening warm up, then balances and twists, including fallen angel pose, to unlock your spine. An accessible and easy-to-follow vinyasa yoga class for every body; all shapes and sizes. It flows through twists, backbends, forward bends, hip work and shoulder work to feel better all over. This class is great if you're needing a slightly gentler vinyasa yoga practice, which is accessible for all bodies. You may need 2 foam blocks, 2 bricks and a strap, although folded towels, a scarf and a book instead work just as well.

Firefly Vinyasa Flow
An advanced vinyasa flow towards firefly pose, Titibasana, and Flying Lizard. Class begins with breath of fire to stimulate the nervous system, and increase fire in the body. Then we move swiftly to hip opening poses which work towards these advanced arm balances. This class is very short and intense, without much warm up, so would be a great class to add onto your practice today. You will need two blocks.

Vinyasa Flow: Release the Neck and Shoulders
This vinyasa flow yoga class invites us to let go of holding onto patterns that might create tightness in our chest. A great class for those who carry tension in the neck and shoulders, particularly from computer use; it will encourage the opening of the shoulders and the front of the body. Start with lovely chest, shoulder and neck releasing warm ups, the vinyasa flow then goes to explore different backbends creating length in the spine and challenging ourselves to approach our practice with an open and courageous mind.

Mindful Yoga for Tricky Times
This gently paced vinyasa yoga class is experimental and explorative, and focuses on balancing. Class starts with a walking meditation, focusing on the feet for us to really feel and listen to our body. Then moving mindfully through slow flow vinyasa with some elements of qigong, the class explores proprioception and how it feels to move through transitions in life. This is the ideal class for feeling into the present moment and can be a support for the tricker times in life. You will need a block and bolster/ pillow for rest at the end.

Advanced Vinyasa Flow leading to Dragonfly Pose
An advanced vinyasa flow class to improve your flexibility and strength and to work towards dragonfly and lotus headstand. Class starts with breath work and hip opening poses. The vinyasa flow then prepares the body for dragonfly pose before moving onto lotus and headstand variations. There’s plenty of variety and challenge in this fun, feisty class. As ever, do play safe and only do what is available to you. We recommend extending savasana with this class for as long as you have available. You will need access to a clear wall and a blanket.

Shining Heart Vinyasa Flow
An interesting and varied fusion-vinyasa flow yoga class, with plenty of inspiration from other yoga styles, including Iyengar and Kundalini. This class includes challenging and strong poses including flying splits and arm balances. Starting with breath work, the class then gives some wonderful chest-opening warm ups, which also work on neck and shoulder release. Then join Vidya for a fun vinyasa yoga flow, with some Kundalini breath work and poses mixed in, and an Iyengar variation of Downward dog. As ever, move at your own pace, and don't feel you need to join in for things that might not suit you on this day. You will need two blocks and a blanket. After this class please do follow with a long savasana.

A beautiful mindfully paced vinyasa flow yoga class to activate and awaken your solar plexus energy from the inside out. Class starts with a creative flowing vinyasa yoga sequence, featuring some standing balances. Then enjoy some more restorative yoga stretches with longer holds on the floor to relax and calm. The perfect balance and a wonderful way to create harmony in body and mind.

Menopause Yoga: Finding Ease
This gentle vinyasa yoga class is designed as a moving meditation to calm your mind and nervous system to help you prepare for rest. It is followed by Petra’s ‘disappear from the world’ restorative yoga poses, Max Strom’s ‘Mind Meets the Breath’ meditation and breath work, before ending with a relaxation practice, seated meditation and a mantra. You will need a strap or belt, a bolster, a cushions, 2 blankets, 2 blocks and 1 cork yoga brick or weighted eye pillow (or equivalent). NB - Modifications: hip and knee injuries take care. If you experience hot flushes, keep your head level with your heart. Osteoporosis: avoid flexion rounding your back in forward folds; keep your spine straight. Claustrophobia: avoid placing the blanket over the head. Headaches: avoid placing weight on the head. Trauma and previous experience of panic attacks: breathe at your own pace and pause the practice when needed.

A mindfully paced and grounding vinyasa yoga class. This class is perfect for when you feel a bit overwhelmed and restless, and you need to move in a grounded and connected way. The sequence offers you tools to recover a sense of rootedness and safety in your body. Class begins with a calming seated breathing practice and progresses through a slow standing flow that will reinforce your connection with the Earth, and finishes with a guided relaxation.

This dynamic vinyasa yoga class is an energising but soothing practice which ends with a restorative yoga pose, relaxation, seated meditation and mantra. This class is designed to help you befriend your feelings at a time when erratic hormonal Pre-Menstrual Tension can trigger ‘energy surges’ and fiery emotions such as menopause rage. You will need a strap or belt, a bolster, a cushion and 2 blocks. NB - Modifications: hip and knee injuries take extra care, use a blanket when kneeling. If you experience hot flushes, keep your head level with your heart. Osteoporosis: avoid flexion rounding your back in forward folds; keep your spine straight. Trauma: hip opening poses and stretches across the chest can release tension but may also trigger trauma. Follow your own breathing pace, pause the practice when needed and find a comfortable resting pose.
